Residential sprinkler systems are required in properties that are used as a shared residence with shared access and living space.
This applies to homes for the elderly, care homes, some student accommodation and Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMO). The sprinkler heads are small, neat, blend in with the decor and are connected through a system of pipes to the water mains or an alternative secure source of water.
As one of the most experienced installers of residential sprinkler installations in Southern England, we have the technical expertise and project management skills required to deliver projects on time every time. Our Design & Projects team work closely with property developers, main contractors and M&E engineers to fully co-ordinate our design and installation works.
We offer turn-key solutions for the retro-fitting of sprinkler installations to social housing, tower blocks, sheltered accommodation etc. Utilising our innovative S-Duct Pipe and Sprinkler Containment System, we can install and conceal a sprinkler installation within inhabited buildings without the need for re-decoration and with minimum disruption to residents. No additional trades are required.
Indigo Fire Systems are fully approved by the FIRAS scheme to undertake the design, installation and maintenance of residential and domestic sprinkler systems.
